Virgil was born on May 18, 1956, in Torrington, WY to Virgil and Betty ( Williams) Gladson Sr.. He graduated from Torrington High School. Virgil served in the U. S. Army from 1974 to 1977. On September 18, 2009, Virgil was united in marriage to Janell McNeil-Kenney in York, NE. Virgil passed away on September 2, 2010, in his camper at Branch Oak Lake at the age of 54 years, 3 months and 12 days. Virgil was employed at Hughes Bros. He was a member of the Utica American Legion Post #49. Virgil enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing and golfing. He is survived by his wife, Janell; daughter, Andrea Gladson of Mandan, ND; Step-son, Andrew Klepper of Kearney, NE; step-daughters and husbands, Crystal and Steve Lankford of Seward, NE, Bridget and Kevin Daehling of Red Cloud, NE and Kimberly and Derek Baloun of Utica, NE; brothers, Sonny and wife Rosie Gladson of Napa, ID, and Robert and Jessie Gladson of Torrington, WY; sisters, Valorie Davis-Biggs of Napa, ID and Judy Armstrong of Kimball, NE; father, Virgil L. Gladson Sr. of Torrington, WY; granddaughter, Delaney Gladson; step grandchildren, Kalvin, Clay and Morgan Lankford and Karsten Daehling; Virgil was preceded in death by his mother, Betty; step- mother Roberta.
