Gary Wayne Pomerenke

Gary Wayne Pomerenke, of Seward, was born on December 6, 1960 to Gerald and Lois (Oetting) Pomerenke in Marshall, Missouri. He attended Marshall High School graduating in 1979. He then attended Concordia University, Nebraska, receiving his Bachelors in Sociology and Psychology. He attended the University of Missouri receiving his Bachelors in Science in Physical Therapy. In his free time, Gary enjoyed reading, singing, painting, crafting, watching sports, cooking, and attending church. Gary passed away on October 20, 2023 in Seward, Nebraska at the age of 62. He is survived by his children, Micah Pomerenke of St. Louis, Missouri, Lydia (Taylor) Mushinki of Houston, Texas, Nora (Mason) Gahan of Kansas City, MO, Julia Pomerenke of Norfolk, Nebraska; brother, Brian (Jodi) Pomerenke of Miami, Missouri and Mike (Kim) Pomerenke of Caramel, Indiana; grandchildren Henry and Clara Pomerenke, and Thea and Mabel Mushinski. Gary was preceded in death by his parents, Gerald and Lois Pomerenke; his brother Joel Pomerenke; and his daughter, Taya Mae Pomerenke.
