Jamie Ann Hagen

Jamie Ann Hagen was born on May 27, 1988 to Charles Hagen and Kimberly (Swartz) Lenhoff. She attended Waverly High School graduating in 2007. Jamie worked for Region V as a Developmental Support Specialist. In her free time, she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She liked reptiles, tattoos, art, swimming and going to the beach. Jamie considered the entire community of Seward to be her family, the most important of which were her daughters, Jayln and Makenna.  Jamie passed away on February 8, 2025 in Seward, Nebraska at the age of 36. She is survived by her daughters, Jayln Grace Hagen and Makenna Sue Hagen both of Seward, Nebraska; mother and stepfather, Kimberly (Rich) Lenhoff of Lincoln, Nebraska; father and stepmother, Charles (Belinda) Hagen of Lincoln, Nebraska; brothers, Joshua (Rebecca) Dvorak of Bennet, Nebraska and Ryan Fowler of Severn, Maryland; sister, Allison Hempfling of Lincoln, Nebraska; niece, Madison Dvorak; nephew, Matthew Dvorak; Makenna’s grandmother, Kim Fiala; and many others including grandmothers, grandfathers, great grandparents, friends and family that actively provide support for Jamie’s daughters. Jamie was preceded in death by her brother, Jason Dvorak.

Family and Friends of Jamie Hagen appreciate the Community of Seward and the awareness being brought forth of her passing. Jamie’s light will forever shine brightly in those she has met through the years of her life.
