Jerry W. Caldwell

  Jerry Wayne Caldwell of Seward Nebraska, known as “JW” by his friends, passed away peacefully on December 6, 2025 of natural causes at the age of 76 years old. Jerry was born in Harlan Kentucky on July 9, 1949.

   He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy. Jerry lived in various places in his life including Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Montana and Nebraska. He worked in freight industries most of his life. JW enjoyed hunting and fishing with his buddies. Also in his free time he enjoyed reading old time Westerns which were his favorite.

   Jerry is survived by numerous brothers and sisters. We all will miss his sense of humor and interesting stories and adventures of his life.  As per Jerry’s wishes, no funeral services are planned. Rest in peace brother.
