Levi Owen East

Levi Owen East of Seward, Nebraska was born on August 22, 1979 to Melvin and Brenda (Phillips) East in North Platte, Nebraska.  He attended Gothenburg High School graduating in 1998.  On September 10, 2022 Levi was united in marriage to Jessica Williams in Omaha, Nebraska.  In his free time, Levi enjoyed playing video games and spending time with friends and family. He enjoyed coaching girls basketball.  Levi passed away on April 19, 2023 in Seward, Nebraska at the age of 43 years 7 months and 28 days.  Levi is survived by his wife, Jessica East, his son, Grayson, and his father, Melvin East, all of Seward, Nebraska; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Les and Mary Brown; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Justin and Stephanie Tucker, Matthew and Amber Brown; as well as aunts, uncles, and cousins.  Levi was preceded in death by his mother, Brenda East, and his grandparents.
