Linda Ann (Anderson) Hrnicek

Linda Ann Hrnicek, of Seward, was born on December 6, 1959 to Lyle and Loretta (Ficken) Anderson in Seward, Nebraska.  She attended Seward High School graduating in 1978.  On October 7, 1977 Linda was united in marriage to James A. Hrnicek at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Seward.  She worked at Heartland Park and Seward Public Schools.  Most recently she worked as an administrative assistant for Instinct Pet Foods. In her free time, she liked to cook, bake and embroider.  She loved to go on car rides with Jim or her sisters and mother.  She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and doing crafts with them.  She also volunteered to help with various fundraisers, including Blue River Pet Rescue.  Linda passed away on June 30, 2022 at the age of 62 years, 6 months and 24 days.  She is survived by her husband, Jim Hrnicek of Seward, Nebraska; sons, Bryan (Jessica) Hrnicek of Webster City, Iowa, Paul (Amanda) Hrnicek of Lewis Center, Ohio, Nathan (Alicia) Hrnicek of Colby, Kansas and Andrew Hrnicek of Seward, Nebraska; sisters, Beverly Anderson of Lincoln, Nebraska, Susan (Terry) Gieselman of Lincoln, Nebraska; brother, Duane (Kathy) Anderson of Staplehurst, Nebraska; sister-in-law, Sheri Moss of Lincoln, Nebraska; grandchildren, Alayna, Aiden, Avery, Bryce, Alexander, Carsten, Morgan, Adylae, Taylor and Ainsley. Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Lyle and Loretta Anderson; son, Mark Hrnicek.; brother, Steve Anderson.
