Pamela Sue Vandeloo “Johnson” was born on December 28, 1950 to Steven and Virdia Southard Johnson in St. Joseph, Missouri. She attended DeKalb High School. On August 21, 1970 Pamela was united in marriage to Charles Vandeloo in Rushville, Missouri. Pamela worked at Centennial Public Schools as a para educator. In her free time, she enjoyed gambling slots with Patty, scratch off cards and spending time with her family. She also loved lilacs. Pamela passed away on July 16, 2024 in Lincoln, Nebraska at the age of 73. She is survived by her husband, Charles Vandeloo of Utica, Nebraska; sons, Adam (Katrina) Vandeloo of Bennington, Nebraska and Ryan Vandeloo of St. Joseph, Missouri; sister, Peggy Reese; grandchildren, Ryker Vandeloo, Kinsely Vandeloo, Konner Vandeloo and Kaleigh Vandeloo. She was preceded in death by her parents, Steven and Virdia (Southard) Johnson; sisters, Bonnie McDevitt and Joyce Royer; brothers, Albert Johnson, Stevie Johnson and Darle Lee Watson.
