Pauline Gertrude (Buller) Pelan

Pauline Gertrude Pelan of Seward, was born on September 19, 1936 to Leo and Helen (Bjerrum) Buller in Utica, Nebraska.  She attended Seward High School, graduating in 1954.  On April 7, 1956, Pauline was united in marriage to Dennis Pelan at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Utica.  Pauline worked as a clerk/receptionist for NPPD for 24 years, retiring in 2000.  In her free time she enjoyed sewing, quilting, gardening and bowling.  Pauline passed away on March 11, 2021 in Seward, Nebraska at the age of 84 years, 5 months and 22 days. She is survived by her children, Keith Pelan, Newport Beach, California, Anthony “Tony” (Julann) Pelan, Raymond, Nebraska, Rita (Chip) Borgstadt, Omaha, Nebraska, Elizabeth (Mike) Willet, Wymore, Nebraska, Linda (Tom) Vodicka, Surprise, Nebraska; grandchildren, Katy (Adam) Morehouse, Jonathan (Callen) Borgstadt, Jarrett Willet, Kirk Vodicka, Devin (Jherika) Vodicka, Grace Pelan, Merrick Pelan, Ellery Pelan; great grandchildren, Avry Morehouse, Lauryn Morehouse, Jaxtyn Vodicka, Brixtyn Vodicka, Abbott Borgstadt;  brothers, Raymond (Marcie) Buller, Utica, Nebraska, Clinton (Lorraine) Buller, Utica, Nebraska; sisters, Jean Wenzl, Lincoln, Nebraska, Marilyn (Mel) Varner, Seward, Nebraska.  Pauline was preceded in death by her parents, Leo and Helen Buller; husband, Dennis Pelan; brother, Robert Buller; sisters, Audrey Webster, Mildred Gottula.
