Philip Alan Webster was born on May 3, 1963 to Eugene and Eileen (Putnam) Webster in Mitchell, South Dakota and passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on March 24, 2026 in Garland, Nebraska at the age of 62.
Philip attended Mitchell High School in South Dakota. He served in the Army National Guard from 1981 to 2005.
On July 5, 1991 Philip was united in marriage to Diane (Baker) Webster and they were blessed with two sons, Jesse and Trevor. They later divorced in 2009.
On June 16, 2012 Philip was united in marriage to Jacqueline Ward in Milford, Nebraska.
He fulfilled his childhood dream of becoming a Train Conductor for Burlington Northern Sante Fe Railroad, The railroad was his passion. In his free time, Philip enjoyed woodworking, fishing, camping, working in the garden with his love, canning and spending time with his grandchildren.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Jackie Webster of Garland, NE; children, Jesse (Makylee) Webster Seward, NE, Trevor (Katie) Webster Seward, NE, Jaiden Gerson Garland, NE, John Ward Garland, NE, and Chantique Hohner (Trent) San Diego, CA; granddaughters; Emma and Maggie Webster and grandson Clay Webster. Siblings; Jayne (Bill) Rubendall, Kathleen (Tom) Cooley, Terry (Becky) Webster, Susan (Larry) Welch.
Philip was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Eileen, brothers, Pat and Tom and sister, Michelle Franey.
