Richard "Dick" Paul Howe

Richard was born on November 28, 1962 to Loren E.Q. and Bernice J. (Berghuis) Howe in Seward, Nebraska. He attended elementary school in Goehner, Nebraska and then Seward High School, graduating in 1981. Following high school, Richard attended Southeast Community College in Milford graduating with an Associates Degree as an Architectural Technician. On August 11, 1990, Richard was united in marriage to Patricia K. Bowers in Goehner, Nebraska. He worked for Steel Fabricators as a Project Manager for 19 years, retiring in 2017. In his free time he liked to fish and hunt. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family. He was a member of Blue Valley Bass Club and Seward Country Club. Richard passed away on September 18, 2017 in Seward, Nebraska at the age of 54 years, 9 months and 21 days. He is survived by his mother, Bernice Howe, Seward, Nebraska; wife Patricia Howe, Seward, Nebraska; son, Jakob (Monica) Howe, Seward, Nebraska; daughter, LaKresha Howe, Seward, Nebraska; siblings, Jerry (Sue) Howe, Phoenix, Arizona, James Howe, Seward, Nebraska, Craig (Sue) Howe, Kearney, Nebraska, Rod (Jana) Howe, Omaha, Nebraska, Mary (Russ) Kent, Crete, Nebraska, Tom (Shelley) Howe, Omaha, Nebraska; nieces and nephews. Richard was preceded in death by his father, Loren E.Q. Howe; grandparents, George and Amanda Howe, Abe and Leona Berghuis. Visitation Time(s)
