Rosemary Elaine Thomas was born on September 19, 1942 to Beryl and Edith (Kremer) Conner in Lincoln, Nebraska. She attended Milford High School graduating in 1960. After High School, Rosemary graduated from Betty Bon modeling school in Lincoln Nebraska. She then worked as a model for Gold’s Department Store in downtown Lincoln. She then attended NBI and acquired a degree as a legal secretary. She then worked for the Seward County Attorney’s office. On April 28, 1962 Rosemary was united in marriage to Stanley M. Thomas in Milford, Nebraska. Rosemary was a self-employed porcelain artist in Milford, Nebraska for 50 years. During that time, she also spent 10 years as a realtor for HOME Real Estate out of Lincoln. During that time, she was a member of the Milford Chamber of Commerce, serving as President in 2005. She enjoyed acrylic and water color painting. She also liked flowers, gardening, sewing and cooking. Rosemary passed away on April 25, 2026 in Seward, Nebraska at the age of 83 just prior to her 64th wedding Anniversary on April 28th. She is survived by her husband Stanley Thomas of Seward, Nebraska; son, Jon (Deb) Thomas of Elkhorn, Nebraska; granddaughters MacKenzie Thomas of Norman, Oklahoma and Brianna Thomas of Elkhorn, Nebraska; son Doug (Shawn) Thomas of Seward, Nebraska and grandchildren, Jessa Thomas and Jaydn Thomas, of Seward, Nebraska, Caleb Bukacek of Lincoln, Nebraska, brother, James Conner of York, Nebraska; sister-in-law, Verla Thomas of Lincoln, Nebraska; sister-in-law Jean Becker of Surprise Arizona, and many nieces and nephews. Rosemary was preceded in death by her parents, Beryl and Edith Conner, and in-laws Walter and Cecilia Thomas, Pleasant Dale Nebraska, brother-in-law Bernard Becker, brother-in-law Clint Thomas.
