Terrence "Terry" James Bartholomew

Terrence “Terry” James Bartholomew was born on September 5, 1955 to Richard and Norene (Westphalen) Bartholomew in Seward, Nebraska.  He attended Centennial High School graduating in 1973.  On July 9, 1973 Terry was united in marriage to Kris Noler in Marysville, Kansas.  Terry was a farmer, owner of Barts Ag, Barts Spraying, Barts Detasseling and Huskon, Inc.  Terry loved the Lord and enjoyed sharing the love of Christ with others. In his free time, he enjoyed hunting, making wine, raising sweet corn and attending his grandchildren’s activities. Terry passed away on April 27, 2024 in Lincoln, Nebraska at the age of 68.  He is survived by wife, Kris Bartholomew of Beaver Crossing, Nebraska; children, Mark (Geri) Bartholomew of Utica, Nebraska, Marcy (Tim) Dodd of Lincoln, Nebraska, Kerri (Corey) Parker of Bennington, Nebraska and Jessie (Jason) Edmisten of Lincoln, Nebraska; grandchildren, Mya, Elliot and Ronan Bartholomew, Kortney and Brock Mulbery, Samuel and Nate Dodd, Kat (Sam) Rischling, Leah and Chelsea Nunley,  Inari and Aoki Parker, Chase Myers, Alexa (Bryce) Kitrell; mother, Dolores Bartholomew; siblings, Steve (Linda) Rathje, Mike (Diane) Rathje, Brad (Dina) Rathje, Colby Bartholomew, Cyndi Steffen, Darin Bartholomew.  Terry was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Norene Bartholomew.

Terry's funeral service is a service of Christ Place Church of Lincoln, Nebraska.  They are utilizing the space at St. John Lutheran Church.
