Our recent experience with Jeff and the staff was very satisfying and comforting as we prepared to lay our husband, father, grandfather to rest. We appreciated their caring and concern during this difficult time.

Jeff and his team were amazing to work with during such a sad and difficult time. My parents had recently relocated out of state so when our mom/wife passed away we had to make local arrangements. Jeff made all the phone calls for us and handled all the details needed to coordinate with a local funeral home. He continued to keep me apprised of how things were being taken care of and consistently assured me and told me to reach out as questions arose. Jeff's simple, concise instructions kept me from feeling overwhelmed and I was able to proceed through the death notices, obituary, cremation, funeral, inurnment, and lunch. Jeff's guidance for each step was very helpful. He suggested a few adjustments based on our family's needs. After the funeral, the Volzke team was happy to assist me with any remaining items or to answer any of my additional questions. The entire Volzke staff continued to provide exceptional services to our family as they have through the years for other family members and friends.

Jeff and Jaden are the most kind, personable and yet professional men who are truly gifted in their profession. The visitation for Kathleen Schlechte (Jim's sister) and the funeral and interment were done so smoothly and we felt that they would accommodate our needs and wishes to the fullest.
We also decided to take the time with Jeff to take care of our own end of life arrangements. Again Jeff was so easy to work with and friendly and yet so professional. We knew his father and we know his Dad would be so proud of Jeff and Jaden carrying on the family business with integrity.

Jeff did a wonderful job for us during a very difficult time. He was so accommodating to our family/ he changed his plans so we could meet when it worked for us and his input and knowledge helped us to decide on so many things as a group. He was very considerate and patient with just the right amount of help that we needed. Would highly recommend Volzke’s - they were all great to work with.

Jeff did a great job of making sure things were the way Dad would have wanted them. He even corrected the wrong song on the video tribute on the same day as the viewing to make sure things were as we wanted. During an emotional time, it was comforting to know that Volzke's understood and were there.

We have known the Volzke family for years. It was comforting during our time of grief that Jeff and my dad had done pre-planning. Our meeting with him to do final planning was done flawlessly for my mom's visitation and service. Kirsten was very helpful in coordinating the pictures for the table and helping me get the photos ready for the slide show. The service that they provide with taking both physical and digital photos and putting them into a slide show is a wonderful addition for family and friends. I would recommend Volzke's to anyone!

We have known the Volzke family for decades. This last year has been very difficult with the passing of my father Bryce, and now this month, the passing of my 22 year old son Zachary.
One can only imagine how difficult it is to bury a son or daughter.
Zach passed due to a tragic airplane crash. It was unexpected and it literally crippled our family. Jeff and his family and staff rallied around us, helping us sort through what was coming at us next and how to deal with all the details of an accident of this caliber.
Needless to say there were a lot of details, and still are.
My family’s hearts are in tact through faith and the support of family and friends of course, but without the support and guidance of Jeff and his crew, we would have been lost.

Jeff and his staff are the best! They made the whole process of planning for my husband's funeral very easy. Jeff is a definite 'people person', who obviously loves what he does. I don't believe you could find a better funeral home staff anywhere.

My mom passed away on 9-20-21, it was a very rough time for us..Jeff was so understanding and helpful. I chose Volzke's because they have taken care of my family before. Not gonna lie I was nervous, my biggest fear was that my mom would not look like herself. I was so impressed that she still looked like the beautiful mom I had she looked so peaceful and just looked as tho she was sleeping. Jeff answered any questions we had and was very honest and did not try to sell us stuff we didn't necessarily need...I hope we don't see him for a VERY long time (considering the line of work he is in) but when my time comes or another one of my loved one passes Volzke will be who I call..THANK YOU JEFF.
