Randy - I'm sorry I didn't get a chance to meet you. You must be a special person to have married Lisa. She and I haven't seen each other in a long time, but a few months ago we were just talking about meeting up here in Florida when you visit Daytona. I was looking forward to seeing her again and meeting you. Lisa was my best friend while I was in high school. We probably spent every day together and if not, we would talk on the phone until one of us fell asleep. We could talk about everything and she made me laugh all of the time, even if I was having a bad day. I miss her dearly and I will always treasure the beautiful, sweet person she was. My heart hurts that I won't see her or talk to her again. I am so sorry for your loss.- Alissa

My heart goes out to Randy , Lisa’s parents & siblings. I could say so much about Lisa, but I think what sticks in my heart is her kindness and her contagious laugh. I worked with Lisa for several years at Dr. J. Decks office in Lincoln. We had a wonderful time and laughed all the time. I loved working side by side with her. Her kindness, intelligence, and joyful disposition was infectious. I believe she was called back to Heaven to ease the many souls arriving in Heaven from Covid19. God chose a perfect nurse for that.

To the Judy and Wally and all the girls- I am so sorry to hear to Lisa's passing- as my mother had said- there are so many memories of driftwood and your family and Lisa and her smile and constant glow around the neighborhood and always looking forward to our favorite neighbor 'cool lisa' coming to babysit us. Melissa was also telling me how much she liked Lisa and Stephanie putting on makeup and fixing her hair for dances. May these memories get you through this hard time and in future. With love from our family and all of the driftwood crew.

Randy & Family, Lisa was my best friend, I will miss her so much! Her laugh was could make your day go from good to great! She always knew what to say. We knew each other for so long (30yrs.), we had one lines, or one words, that would cause us to laugh! She was always thinking of others! A truer nurturer, no surprise, she became a nurse! One of the last conversations I had with her, she was making masks for others, for the Coronavirus. She was always thinking of others, first, that's who she was!I will truly miss, my best friend! God got an Angel. God bless her family! You are all in my thoughts & prayers!
